We ship all orders via UPS Ground. We base your shipping cost on your order total and it is calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

on3 Promotional Partners offers returns on any item that has a manufacturers defect - no matter if the item is blank or decorated with a logo.
 
The following is our Return Policy for all items that are an incorrect size or that the customer doesn't like:
 
1. Once the item has been decorated, there are no returns (the only exception being a manufacturers defect.)

2. Blank items can be returned, but the customer is responsible for shipping of the item to get back to on3 Promotional Partners as well as shipping to get the new sized item back to the customer.

3. If there is no exchange in sizes and just a return of blank items, there is a 15% restocking fee that is charged to the customer.
